- Forecast monthly for all businesses
- Ensure proper and timely documentation
- Collaborate with Business Units Packaging, Processing, and Services
- Coach and provide on-the-job guidance
- Identify and address competence gaps
- Develop and implement learning plans
- Demonstrate strong people leadership
- Contribute to the operational leadership team
