Aufgaben
- Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Learning customer projects from conception to go-live
- Develop practical solutions for personnel development and learning processes
- Manage and control your own stream in collaboration with project management
- Contribute HR expertise to design complex technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions with structured documentation
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions in German and English
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates for customer-specific solutions
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues in solving complex issues and transfer knowledge
- Mentor young professionals
- Engage in continuous training of hard and soft skills
