- Document solutions and processes structuredly
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues in solving complex issues
- Transfer knowledge to team members
- Mentor young professionals
- Continuously train hard and soft skills
