- Drive global launch preparation and market rollouts
- Plan and track launch timelines, milestones, and readiness
- Optimize launch processes and activities
- Identify and mitigate launch risks
- Escalate critical challenges to governance bodies
- Ensure fact-based status reporting and decision-making
- Oversee launch KPIs and performance tracking
- Conduct post-launch reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of launch processes
- Develop and refine launch tools, templates, and training
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
- Prioritize key market launches
