- 10+ years IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
- Strong IT/OT architecture understanding
- Experience implementing OT environments, IAM integration, or directory services
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies
- Experience in regulated environments
- Familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance, validation processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Fluent in English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure projects
- Implement global OT domain architecture
- Improve authentication and authorization governance
- Enable centralized OT user account management
- Integrate with MyAccess IAM platform
- Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy systems
- Coordinate with IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, GxP standards, and regulations
- Lead steering committee meetings
- Provide executive-level reporting
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards
- Track project delivery
