- Establish IT infrastructure from the ground up
- Perform capacity planning
- Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation
- Manage and monitor on-premise IT facilities
- Design and provision high-performance storage and compute/GPU infrastructure
- Implement and maintain on-premise IT infrastructure
- Design and implement WAN/LAN/WiFi network topology
- Configure and manage enterprise networking equipment
- Deploy and manage Linux server infrastructure
- Configure and deploy employee workstations
- Manage IT equipment procurement
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support
- Manage user accounts with SSO
- Establish and manage vendor relationships
- Negotiate contracts with technology vendors
- Coordinate with service providers
