Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or master’s in a relevant area
• •Knowledge of market and vendor landscape
• •8+ years in procurement/sourcing or similar
• •Ability to influence stakeholders
• •Constructive pushback and focus on continuous improvement
• •Strong business case building and presentation skills
• •Digital confidence and data literacy
• •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Ironclad CLM, or ServiceNow
• •Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
• •Self-starter, proactive, organized, and motivated
• •Openness to international travel

• •Develop the IT (Sub-) Category Strategy
• •Lead complex negotiations with global technology providers
• •Build strong, value-driven supplier relationships
• •Ensure exceptional service delivery and robust contractual performance
• •Analyze spend, data, market trends, and internal needs
• •Identify opportunities for business-aligned value
• •Create and manage category strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• •Plan and oversee all sourcing activities within the category
• •Lead sourcing projects from planning to contract negotiation
• •Partner with stakeholders to drive efficiencies and reduce risks and costs
• •Define and achieve KPIs for assigned categories
• •Provide strategic insights for sourcing decisions
• •Support Contract Owners and Vendor Managers during Supplier Relationship Management
• •Drive innovation through strategic supplier partnerships
• •Ensure accurate savings and spend reporting
• •Support the implementation of global sourcing processes
