Anforderungen
- •Proven track record in designing and implementing tools for steering and managing KA business
- •Extensive experience in International Key Account Management within a commodity business, preferably in an international group
- •Exposure to oligopolistic markets (e.g., process industry)
- •Turnover responsibility
- •Strong background in customer development and managing organizational change
- •Strategic leadership: ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business and sales strategy
- •Team leadership: experience in setting up, leading, motivating, and developing KA teams
- •Strong financial and commercial acumen: skilled in managing budgets, forecasts, profitability, and making data-driven decisions
- •Relationship management: proven ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels
- •Basic technical and operational knowledge of paper processes
- •High level of intercultural competence
