In this role, you will create engaging live communication experiences that resonate across the organization. You will manage everything from planning and logistics to empowering a network of Comms Champions, ensuring impactful and coherent messaging throughout.

Anforderungen

• •5-7 years of experience in business event production, MICE management, community management, or internal communications
• •Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
• •Outstanding organisational, self-organisational, and project management skills
• •Creative mindset and developed business acumen
• •Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• •Self-driven, reliable, and resilient in a dynamic environment
• •Analytical mindset and process-oriented thinking
• •Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels

Aufgaben

• •Organize and deliver live communication formats and events
• •Design high-impact live communication experiences
• •Plan and budget for town halls and department meetings
• •Produce and facilitate global function meetings and Q&As
• •Coordinate content, agenda, and speaker alignment
• •Manage storyline, messaging, and media support
• •Handle pre- and post-event communications and feedback
• •Partner with teams on guest management and event logistics
• •Lead the annual live-event plan and set rhythms for departments
• •Build and evolve an internal live-communication playbook
• •Establish clear standards for communication formats
• •Advise stakeholders on suitable communication formats
• •Develop and run the network of Comms Champions
• •Empower Champions through community sessions and events
