Aufgaben
- Work with the Director of Production Europe and local management teams
- Create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives
- Manage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams
- Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for blue-collar employees
- Create and maintain EU-level reporting for KPIs related to recruitment and training
- Measure changes in KPIs like skill matrix and training progress
- Coordinate a streamlined onboarding process at production centers
- Ensure fast integration into teams to support double-digit growth
- Collaborate with trainers to identify training needs and develop programs
- Partner with external organizations to enhance training and recruitment efforts
