Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred
  • •Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
  • •Work experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites
  • •Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
  • •Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
  • •Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
  • •Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • •Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
  • •Expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • •Results-oriented approach and strong influencing skills

  • •Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes
  • •Proven coaching and consulting abilities
