Aufgaben
- Ensure adherence to international trade law and local regulations
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce trade barriers
- Optimize trade compliance operations and enhance decision-making
- Mitigate trade-related risks
- Establish and maintain localized import and export procedures
- Collaborate with site management and partners on EU Customs Law compliance
- Act as the primary contact for customs and government agencies
- Manage requests for audits and inspections
- Support external reviews and investigations to minimize adverse impacts
- Manage daily import and export operational activities
- Resolve customs issues causing border delays
- Oversee financial and operational trade metrics and analysis
- Develop strategies for trade issues and opportunities
- Conduct training to improve business knowledge and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations
- Manage customs broker relationships and performance
- Assess and initiate duty management projects and special trade programs
- Drive efficiencies and cost savings through programs like Inward Processing
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes in trade compliance
- Alert internal parties to the business impact of trade law changes
- Secure required government licenses, permits, and authorizations

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
