Aufgaben
- Drive the monthly financial close process
- Ensure end-to-end General Ledger integrity
- Capture, reconcile, and report financial data accurately and ahead of schedule
- Manage month-end and year-end closing calendars
- Prepare and review complex manual journal entries
- Record accruals, provisions, and deferred expenses/income
- Perform high-level reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies promptly
- Analyze 'Actual vs. Budget' P&L discrepancies
- Analyze 'Actual vs. Forecast' P&L discrepancies
- Identify optimization potential in finance workflows
- Implement efficient finance workflows with an AI-first strategy
- Lead strategic accounting projects
- Support strategic accounting projects
- Manage system migration projects
- Manage system integration projects
- Act as liaison with auditors
- Act as liaison with external partners
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
