- Maintain high standards for code quality, automated testing, and system reliability
- Own the full lifecycle of services using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor and influence the wider security organization
- Foster a strong engineering culture within the department
- Identify and mitigate AI risks through secure-by-design features
- Build foundational architecture for safeguarding sensitive data
- Develop and scale secure features across the entire stack
- Support multiple specialized teams with internal products and automation engines
