- Design backend systems for Investigation Agent
- Build FastAPI services and data layers
- Deploy systems using Kubernetes
- Implement Langfuse-based observability and evaluation
- Develop frontend components with React and TypeScript
- Surface agent reasoning and evidence for analysts
- Ensure frontend legibility and explainability
- Own feature development from spec to production
- Build reliable evaluation harnesses and feedback loops
- Ensure model reliability and traceability
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data Science teams
- Question and refine feature requirements
- Champion AI-native engineering workflows
- Use agentic coding tools daily
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Establish best practices for testing agents
- Develop deployment and monitoring strategies
- Implement rollback mechanisms for agent misbehavior
