- Monitor production systems for stability and performance
- Manage and execute End-of-Day processes
- Provide Level 2 and 3 application support
- Resolve complex technical incidents promptly
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent issues
- Conduct peer code reviews for quality and security
- Identify optimization opportunities and mitigate risks
- Support change management and release planning
- Coordinate deployment activities
