- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Oversee division's inventory from a financial perspective
- Coordinate monthly sales forecast process with sales teams
- Monitor key financial metrics like sales growth and working capital
- Establish and enforce effective internal controls
- Support SOX compliance efforts and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with Capex and inventory policies
- Develop and improve accounting policies and reporting systems
- Meet corporate and divisional financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with division controllers and corporate functions on accounting initiatives
