In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial management, overseeing accounting processes, payroll, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and drive process improvements.

Anforderungen

• •Advanced training in accounting
• •10+ years proven professional experience in a Swiss SME or international environment
• •Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting and payroll software, ideally Abacus and/or Bexio, or comparable systems
• •Precise, independent, and structured working style
• •High level of discretion and strong sense of responsibility
• •Team-oriented, flexible, and able to perform well under pressure
• •Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level) and German skills (C1 level)
• •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Aufgaben

• •Manage company accounting processes
• •Handle payment transactions and liquidity planning
• •Oversee the monthly payroll run, including social insurances and tax at source
• •Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting standards
• •Manage the annual consolidation process
• •Provide controlling support for cost-effective financial management
• •Produce evaluations, analyses, and statistical reports
• •Prepare VAT returns, including group taxation
• •Coordinate with external auditors, fiduciary partners, and authorities
• •Support internal financial and process-improvement projects
• •Perform general administrative tasks related to finance
• •Lead financial planning and analysis activities
• •Evaluate the financial viability of new business opportunities
• •Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic initiatives
• •Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls
• •Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
