- Design and document logistics processes
- Customize and optimize logistics workflows
- Align processes with the Process and Data Organization
- Participate in requirement and specification workshops
- Coordinate with external implementation partners
- Interface between external partners and internal teams
- Manage work packages and sub-projects independently
- Prepare and report on workshops and meetings
