- Define the target operating model
- Develop project-specific integration strategies
- Lead the cross-functional post-merger integration project team
- Implement the DKV Mobility Group’s integration strategy with business units
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on M&A and PMI topics
- Further develop existing PMI concepts, methods, tools, and best practices
- Build tracking and reporting for the post-merger integration process
- Align tracking and reporting closely with management
