Aufgaben
- Design and perform Human Factors Engineering activities
- Lead the issuance of HFE deliverables
- Support the development of user requirements
- Translate user capabilities into design inputs
- Plan and identify use-related hazards for risk management
- Manage formative and summative evaluations with vendors
- Communicate HFE challenges and risks to stakeholders
- Provide design recommendations based on HFE insights
- Develop labeling and instructional materials with the design team
- Establish HFE best practices and share lessons learned
- Create processes and templates for HFE application
- Disseminate HFE knowledge within the organization
- Contribute to publications, presentations, and patents
- Support health authority communications and submission dossiers
- Assist with internal and external audits on medical devices
- Prepare documents for Medical Device registration
