Aufgaben
- Lead downstream process development activities for portfolio pipeline projects
- Perform chromatography, cross flow filtration, and membrane separation for protein purification
- Plan, organize, perform, and document scientific experiments independently
- Document studies in electronic systems according to standards
- Evaluate and interpret results, propose next experiments
- Supervise project-related activities, handle complex tasks without established procedures
- Adhere to quality, ethics, health, safety, environment, and information security standards
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Generate scientific documents for internal and external partners
- Support international registration document generation
- Contribute to technology transfers to internal and external sites
- Define process steering controls
- Organize the laboratory, create lab procedures, reports, and SOPs
- Execute tasks within timelines and to expected quality standards
- Communicate effectively across organizational interfaces
- Lead troubleshooting and transfer of knowledge to other departments or external partners
- Act as Functional Lead for DSP development projects
- Participate in sub-teams, contribute to TRD strategies and goals
- Support decision-making processes
