Aufgaben
- Prepare IFRS and HGB accounting assessments
- Conduct accounting assessments for M&A transactions
- Provide technical accounting advice on IFRS and HGB
- Support investment teams and service providers
- Manage financial reporting for investment vehicles
- Ensure compliance with Group Accounting standards
- Coordinate quarterly closing processes
- Maintain data quality and stakeholder alignment
- Manage forecasts, plans, and budgets
- Support performance analysis and business reporting
- Lead and coordinate external audit processes
- Ensure effective communication and timely audit delivery
