Anforderungen
- Technical university degree in computer science or IT, or equivalent
- At least 5 years software engineering experience, ideally in safety-critical domains
- Expertise with RTOSs (e.g. VxWorks, QNX, etc.)
- Familiarity with computer networks, ideally Ethernet-based, and multi-core platforms
- Solid knowledge of software processes in aerospace (DO-178C, DO-330) or space (ECSS-E-ST-40C, NPR 7150.2C) advantageous
- Committed team player, knowledge sharing, process and workflow improvements
- Lateral leadership and solution-oriented working
- Very good English command, German skills beneficial
Aufgaben
- Lead software sub-projects, ensuring compliance with standards and safety norms
- Define and plan software work packages, coordinating with stakeholders
- Specify and review software requirements
- Design software and system architectures
- Improve technical solutions and work procedures
- Support software certification and qualification, representing the engineering team
- Define, plan, and steer software verification
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams in multi-disciplinary projects
- Create user documentation and support customer service and sales teams
