- Define partnership models aligned with organizational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- Manage partner performance and address issues or concerns
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through alliances
- Assess market trends and client needs to create innovative solutions
- Provide direction for strategic programs and executive engagements
- Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements
- Ensure favorable terms while maintaining win-win outcomes
- Track and measure partner alliance performance against KPIs
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on alliance activities
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and product integrations
- Represent the organization at industry forums and events
- Coach the senior alliance management team for alignment
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner alliances
- Conduct due diligence and monitor compliance with regulations
- Define and implement partner alliances policies and standards
- Deliver training and coaching to enable continuous improvement
- Act as a change agent for best-practice approaches in management
