- Define long-term architecture for Apparel Brand Management
- Secure C-suite and regional Managing Directors' buy-in on brand strategy
- Prioritize high-value brand initiatives for sustainable growth
- Coach and mentor Apparel Brand team
- Architect global operating model for Apparel Brand management
- Communicate brand strategy, performance, and talent needs to Executive Leadership
- Establish and mandate KPIs and metrics for brand success
- Drive culture of measurement for strategic shifts
