Anforderungen
- In-depth Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience (configuration, extensions, reporting, integrations)
- Practical experience with APIs, Power Automate, AI or LLM tooling in Finance/ERP context
- First experience with Copilot Studio
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (AP, AR, month-end close, consolidation)
- Degree in business administration, finance controlling or data analytics
- Keen eye for data quality, data lifecycles, compliance-driven processes
- Strong analytical skills and knack for practical solutions
- Bridging systems and business, not just IT
- Fluent English
- Experience with agentic AI workflows or Copilot Studio in Finance
- Power Apps development for Finance-facing tools
- Exposure to supply chain or procurement modules in BC or comparable ERP
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end ownership of Finance data and digital systems
- Continuously innovate and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Manage the BC product backlog: triage, prioritize, and implement improvements
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI-powered features and automation tools
- Design and build Finance automation workflows using Power Automate, AI agents, and API integrations
- Create and maintain advanced KPI dashboards and predictive analytics solutions
- Serve as the internal SME for all Finance system questions
- Reduce external consultant dependency
- Drive month-end close to WD4 or earlier across all Group entities
- Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, IT, FP&A, PMO, and Corporate Development
- Support the Finance team with a start-up mindset
- Champion innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
