- 3+ years DevOps Engineer experience in large-scale environments
- Strong expertise with AWS cloud services
- Strong expertise with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD)
- Hands-on experience with deployment automation (Kargo)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane)

- Solid knowledge of logging tools (OpenSearch)
- Solid knowledge of tracing tools (CloudWatch)
- Deep understanding of cloud security standards

- Ability to architect scalable cloud solutions
- Ability to architect cost-effective cloud solutions
- Ability to architect performant cloud solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Knowledge of other CEE languages is a plus

- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices on AWS
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, automated infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines
- Enable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps principles
- Improve operational efficiency
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS services
- Design and implement deployment workflows leveraging AWS services
- Build and maintain automated pipelines using Argo CD and Kargo
- Perform GitOps-based deployments
- Containerize applications with Docker
- Orchestrate applications with Kubernetes (EKS)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Crossplane, or CloudFormation
- Monitor application performance using Grafana, OpenSearch, and AWS CloudWatch
- Monitor infrastructure health using Grafana, OpenSearch, and AWS CloudWatch
- Enforce security best practices
- Enforce access management
- Enforce compliance standards
- Participate in sprint planning
- Create user stories
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies
