Senior Design Engineer(m/w/x)
Designing and modifying ITMS modules for innovative motion systems, applying ASPICE processes. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Unigraphics NX experience preferred. Work in a cutting-edge, automated production environment.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Ideally 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably automotive
- Solid understanding of design, engineering procedures, modern manufacturing technologies (plastic, metal, hydraulics)
- Experience with modern 3D engineering tools, CFD software (preferably Unigraphics NX)
- Strong problem-solving skills, independent, systematic approach
- Excellent communication, strong initiative, attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, structured workflow under demanding conditions
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel (Europe)
- Proficiency in English, good knowledge of German or French
Aufgaben
- Design and develop ITMS modules and components
- Modify ITMS modules and components to JEI standards
- Apply JEI change management and ASPICE processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams on development alignment
- Propose technical solutions
- Perform design reviews for fixture concepts
- Translate research ideas into technical plans
- Utilize CAD/CAE/CFD tools for technical plans
- Follow internal change management processes
- Prepare technical and project documentation
- Adhere to JE documentation procedures
- Conduct project reviews
- Collect and analyze prototype testing data
- Represent design engineering in customer meetings
- Apply quality system procedures
- Resolve quality issues by identifying root causes
- Develop quality issue sorting methods
- Support standardization initiatives
- Define standard engineering processes
- Apply best practices to new development
