- Familiarity with writing and debugging LLM tools in OOP python format
- Focus on Generative AI (prompting, RAG, vector search) and MLOps

- Design and build end-to-end AI and ML solutions
- Deploy ML solutions for critical business processes
- Shape the future of AI in the refractory industry
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines for training and deployment
- Productionize ML models via APIs and batch inference
- Implement telemetry, A/B testing, drift detection, and automated monitoring
- Build reliable data preparation and feature engineering components
- Optimize model training and inference performance
- Select hardware for optimal model performance
- Implement caching, vectorization, and quantization
- Create scalable endpoints for ML models
- Establish and maintain CI/CD workflows for ML systems
- Contribute to platform standards and documentation
- Maintain runbooks for ML systems
