- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in Python or R for advanced analytics
- Solid understanding of statistical methods
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, classification, forecasting)
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of financial data structures
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational metrics
- Experience supporting FP&A workflows (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, revenue and KPI tracking)
- Transforming financial data into structured reporting layers
- Proven ability to design metrics
- Proven ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Confidence in communicating insights to senior stakeholders
- Structured, hypothesis-driven mindset
