- B.Sc. or higher degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or comparable field with strong analytical orientation
- Several years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data processing and modeling preferably using Snowflake and dbt
- Solid experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Skills in Python or R and familiarity with job automation tools are a strong plus
- Ability to understand complex business challenges, translate them into data solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Passion for high-quality solutions, attention to detail, and best practices in QA and documentation (e.g., Confluence, Git)

- Collaborate with product development, sales, business development, and data engineering teams
- Ensure team alignment and deliver impactful insights
- Develop, implement, and automate relevant KPIs
- Analyze relevant KPIs
- Visualize KPIs in ad-hoc reports and Tableau dashboards
- Analyze business processes and customer behavior
- Uncover opportunities to support strategic initiatives
- Design scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT
- Implement scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT
- Take end-to-end responsibility for projects
- Document project results
- Present project results
- Share best practices with the team
- Support junior analysts
- Foster a data-driven culture
