- •Experience in CX, Customer Interaction Management or contact center platform solutions
- •Technical background in enterprise architecture, systems integration and APIs
- •Experience with customer-facing pre-sales or bid support activities
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Proactive behavior
- •Solution-oriented mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Consulting experience in CX environment
- •Experience shaping complex CX solutions in customer environments
- •Ability to operate independently in pre-sales and client workshops
- •Pragmatic approach balancing technical, CX and commercial reality
- •Passion for emerging technologies in CX, data and cloud environments
