Aufgaben
- Manage 20-30 enterprise accounts as a trusted advisor
- Guide new customers to align and achieve value expectations
- Advise on priorities and communicate KPIs through success paths
- Drive product adoption and improve customer health scores
- Lead consistent business reviews based on customer goals
- Proactively flag and mitigate risks within your portfolio
- Lead renewal conversations for large, strategic enterprise logos
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with procurement teams
- Forecast renewals accurately and close them on schedule
- Develop and execute detailed customer close plans
- Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback
- Collaborate with product managers on feedback progress
- Partner with sales, partner organizations, and professional services
