- Proven work experience of 7+ years in account management or relevant role
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and demands while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in a complex matrix with clients and partners
- Knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
- Consultative selling experience in technical solutions
- Relationship management experience
- Subject matter expertise in 1+ areas (e.g. Cloud, Network, Cybersecurity, AI)
- Cross-functional team management experience
- Communication skills in a complex matrix with clients and partners
Aufgaben
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients
- Identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities
- Manage challenging client requests or issue escalations
- Take charge of customer satisfaction and account P&L
- Ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation
