- Experience in small, lean teams with end-to-end execution
- Passion for storytelling and turning user insights into stories
- Track record of scaling friend-referral systems or launching new communication channels

- Drive retention strategies for sustainable growth
- Shape customer touchpoints and experiment with product features
- Own reactivation and repurchase strategy, steering KPIs
- Lead end-to-end execution of user-flows and campaign sendouts
- Evolve setup into a seamless automated ecosystem
- Craft high-quality, on-brand copy and visual assets using AI
- Maintain team speed while ensuring quality
- Cultivate A/B testing culture with clear hypotheses
- Evaluate tests across content, triggers, and incentives
- Generate actionable insights from A/B tests
- Partner with Product team to extend digital learning features
- Ensure communication supports overall customer journey
- Integrate marketing campaigns and product launches
- Create personalized, customer-facing plans for parents
