  • 5+ years' product marketing or commercial management experience
  • Experience in SME, SaaS, or fintech
  • Experience in accounting, insurance, or business services advantageous
  • Critical engagement and constructive feedback skills
  • Data-driven approach to market trends and KPIs
  • Experience scaling complex products in fast-growing companies
  • Foundational understanding of CRM and performance marketing
  • Experience building value propositions for SaaS products
  • Organized, resilient, and independent work style
  • Experience navigating global product development and localization
  • Self-starter with effective execution skills
  • Fluency in English and German

  • Expand and manage the German product portfolio
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for dedicated product lines
  • Perform local market research and product discovery
  • Collaborate with global product managers on locally relevant products
  • Lead German market projects with international teams
  • Drive revenue growth and meet specific financial targets
  • Align product offerings with pricing and go-to-market initiatives
  • Define and update local marketing and sales plans
  • Track performance and initiate corrective actions
  • Manage CRM, customer lifecycle, and content strategies
  • Create and maintain marketing copy and customer-facing materials
  • Ensure marketing collateral complies with German legislation
  • Coordinate with regional operations for operational readiness
  • Perform quality assurance before releasing product features
  • Act as the internal point of contact for functionality questions
