In this role, you will collaborate with a team of experts to implement and optimize Workday Financial Management, enhancing internal processes and supporting users with training and custom reporting. Your work will ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• •Over 5 years of post-qualification experience in a senior Controlling or FP&A role or similar
• •In-depth knowledge of cost allocation, contribution margin analysis, and cost control methods
• •Demonstrated ability to learn new cloud-based financial management software and processes
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work with stakeholders across cultures and at all levels
• •Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German
• •Familiarity with project management and system support ticketing systems

Aufgaben

• •Design and coordinate the implementation of a management accounting and controlling template for Workday Financial Management
• •Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance internal cost allocation and performance management processes
• •Define the data foundation for internal performance reports, including contribution margin analysis and operational transfer pricing
• •Drive variance analysis comparing actual performance against planned or standard metrics
• •Support user reporting needs by designing and testing custom reports
• •Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• •Deliver training sessions and guidance to end users for effective system adoption
• •Liaise between finance functions, local finance, IT, and vendor teams to facilitate communication and align system updates with business needs
• •Ensure management accounting governance during regular operations and reporting deadlines
