- Exposure to data modelling or automation tools
- Understanding of end-to-end finance processes

Aufgaben
- Own and improve monthly management reporting
- Drive collection and consolidation of business commentary
- Translate financial and operational results into clear narratives
- Highlight key drivers, risks, and opportunities in reports
- Provide actionable insights behind the numbers
- Prepare high-quality management and board-level presentations
- Identify trends and deviations in financial and operational data
- Generate deep-dive analyses and ad-hoc insights
- Act as central point for cross-functional insight generation
- Ensure transparency on business performance
- Continuously improve reporting processes and outputs
- Drive automation and standardization of reporting workflows
- Collaborate with BI and data teams to enhance reporting
- Ensure data consistency and integrity
- Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business teams
- Challenge and refine stakeholder inputs
- Serve as trusted partner for performance analysis and communication
