- Package context into formats usable by AI agents
- Connect stakeholders for strategic implementation and completion of core roadmap items
- Shape and implement guidelines and goals for technical writing
- Advocate for technical writing and documentation best practices
- Ensure self-service knowledge and technical content are prioritized and valued
- Coordinate efforts to improve content strategy, architecture, and documentation standards
- Ensure consistency and usability with an AI-first approach
