Aufgaben
- Lead solution architecture for pre-sales contact center engagements
- Design comprehensive omnichannel routing for voice, chat, and messaging
- Develop IVR call flows and routing logic
- Architect voice, mail, and chatbots
- Integrate workforce and quality management components
- Facilitate technical solution workshops with customers
- Translate business requirements into platform architectures
- Define integration concepts for CRM systems like MS Dynamics 365
- Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and presentations
- Collaborate with delivery teams on architectural feasibility
- Advise customers on service and contact center modernization
