Aufgaben
- Lead solution architecture for pre-sales contact center engagements
- Design end-to-end omnichannel routing for voice, chat, and messaging
- Develop IVR, call flows, and routing logic
- Architect voice, mail, and chatbot solutions
- Design workforce and quality management components
- Lead technical solution workshops with customers
- Translate business requirements into concrete platform architectures
- Define integration concepts with CRM systems like MS Dynamics 365
- Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and solution presentations
- Collaborate with delivery teams on feasibility and scalability
- Advise customers on service and contact center modernization
