- Enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
- Excellent English and German (C1 Level) command for presentations and reports
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions)
- Curiosity for or knowledge of insurance, financial services, and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Expert knowledge of AI frameworks and leveraging AI tools
- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
