Anforderungen
- Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in computer science, business informatics, human resources management, or comparable experience
- At least 3.5 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP systems; basic knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
- Experience with S/4HANA, BTP, IAS, Integration Suite, or SAC, and with large HR-IT transformation projects
- Analytical mindset, high willingness to learn, structured work approach, strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer orientation, very good German and English skills; SAP SuccessFactors certification is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Ensure stable operation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Design and configure SuccessFactors platform
- Administer Foundation and cross-modular functions
- Participate in HR-IT transformation projects
- Migrate data and integrate new solutions
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders
- Coordinate external implementation and service partners
- Analyze technical requirements
- Evaluate new functionalities
- Contribute to HR system architecture design
