In this role, you will manage diverse projects while developing strategies for clients across various industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leveraging data insights, leading teams, and mentoring junior consultants, all while ensuring compliance with security practices.

Anforderungen

• •Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or financial product management
• •Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
• •Logical, structured thinking and affinity for numerical analysis
• •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• •Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •Ability to communicate effectively in English and German
• •Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas as required
• •Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
• •Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
• •Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
• •Relevant industry expertise
• •MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization

• •Synthesize analyses into relevant findings
• •Create impactful storylines for presentations
• •Lead team and external meetings
• •Co-lead project management efforts
• •Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
• •Coach junior consultants to enable project management ownership
• •Mentor junior consultants in their development
• •Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
• •Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
• •Report suspected information security violations or breaches
• •Complete mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard’s guidelines
