In this role, you will oversee configuration management across the product lifecycle, ensuring control and compliance while collaborating with suppliers. Your responsibilities include preparing data packages, implementing digital processes, and connecting data science applications to enhance project outcomes.

Anforderungen

• •Relevant completed degree in aerospace engineering or comparable courses
• •Standard period of study of up to 4 years
• •Standard period of study of more than 4 years with additional qualification
• •Completed vocational training with extensive additional qualification
• •Knowledge and experience in relevant areas of responsibility
• •Knowledge and experience in configuration management of large projects
• •Knowledge and experience in the Space domain
• •Experience in the PLM Connect tool chain
• •Proactivity in development and implementation of improvements
• •Interest in data science, analytics, AI, and machine learning
• •International collaborative spirit and teamwork skills
• •Reliability and service-oriented working style
• •Future-oriented growth mindset and curiosity
• •Very good written and spoken German and English
• •Willingness for business trips domestically and abroad

Aufgaben

• •Plan and execute configuration management throughout the product lifecycle
• •Identify configuration elements and ensure configuration control
• •Determine requirements and properties of configuration elements
• •Create configuration baselines
• •Supervise and control configuration management for suppliers
• •Report regularly on configuration management status
• •Prepare and deliver data packages at project milestones
• •Contribute to the data transformation plan for end-to-end data flow
• •Implement new digital processes, methods, and tool chains
• •Bridge the gap between data science and its application in the domain
• •Prepare documentation and present work results
