- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Familiarity with version control, collaborative tools, agile practices
- Experience in industry automation and robotics
- Practical experience solving vision problems with training-based methods
- Leveraging AI assistance, skillful in prompting and verifying Agents
- Worked with non-vision hardware like grippers, AMRs, IOs, communication protocols

- Develop and maintain the AgileCore robotic programming platform
- Implement C++ computer vision algorithms
- Improve C++ computer vision algorithms
- Test C++ computer vision algorithms
- Implement calibration and its credibility
- Implement marker pose estimation
- Implement visual servoing
- Implement feature detection & registration
- Visualize results in the frontend
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear interfaces
- Integrate third-party RGB camera drivers
- Integrate third-party depth camera drivers
- Integrate third-party LiDAR drivers
- Lead computer vision developments
- Contribute to behavior and memory management
- Contribute to motion planning
- Contribute to SDK development
- Contribute to API development
- Contribute to protocol support
- Contribute to CI/CD
