- Confidence working with technical services and approval authorities
- Confidence working with external conformity and compliance test laboratories
- Hands-on experience with Jira for test planning, tracking, and findings
- Hands-on experience with Vanta for documentation and regulatory evidence
- Hands-on experience with Confluence/SharePoint for documentation and regulatory evidence
- Experience managing regulatory ambiguity
- Experience managing evolving approval frameworks
- Business fluent English skills
- Business fluent German skills

Aufgaben
- Plan regulatory and homologation tests
- Coordinate with authorities and technical services
- Accompany tests with external test labs
- Organize compliance and approval tests
- Ensure vehicle and backend readiness
- Align with development timelines and quality gates
- Provide management-ready recommendations
- Act as central interface for MOIA and stakeholders
- Coordinate test activities with milestones
- Prepare vehicles and logistics
- Set up test environments
- Align test participants
- Document test results
- Manage findings and follow-up actions
- Support authority communication
- Clarify regulatory interpretation questions
