- •Fully qualified lawyer or equivalent expertise
- •At least 7 years Compliance experience
- •Knowledge of audit-proof compliance processes
- •Interest in automation, data, and AI
- •Curiosity, hands-on mentality, and building-drive
- •Independent, structured, and analytical working style
- •Assertiveness with entrepreneurial, service-oriented mindset
- •Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Proficient level in English and German
