Aufgaben
- Translate group claims management strategies into actionable projects
- Collaborate and support Claims International in cross-functional meetings
- Represent Claims International in international meetings
- Lead international claims-related projects focusing on automation
- Coordinate projects for process improvements and change management
- Design analytical frameworks to enhance transparency
- Create dashboards and monitoring tools for claims KPIs
- Monitor operational performance to derive insights
- Drive measurable impact at business unit level
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Claims & Anti-Fraud Community
- Scale best practices across the group
